The device consists of two catenary lines 1, which move in guide rails 2 and are driven by means of sprockets 3. The guide rails 2 are located both on the loading car 4 and in the working zone of the furnace 5 for heat treatment and are limited by means of a fixed stop 6. The chain lines 1 are made up of individual links 7, which are equipped with running rollers 8 on both sides. On the 9 shaft links of chain 7, reversible levers 10 are reinforced, which carry the bearing beam sections 11. The outer segments of the bearing beams 1 1 equipped with a roll 12, which, when raising and lowering the segments of the supporting beams 11, can be turned around on fixed surfaces. The segments of the supporting beams 11 are selected in size so that it forms a single continuous bearing in both the raised and the lowered state beam.
A support stop 13 is rigidly connected to the chain line 1, which is mounted on the chains directly behind the last levers 10, and a locking cam 14 is fixed on the last segment of the carrier ball.
One or more flip levers 10 are equipped with protrusions 15, with which the tipper 15 enters, which can lower the segments of SUPERIOR BEAMS 11, raised with the aid of the abutment stop 13, with the flip 10 flip to the other side. These tippers 13 are equipped with a yoke 16, which protrudes upward from the side of the carrier beam segments above the latter. As a result, when loading the load-bearing beam segments with the loading grille, the yoke 16 is pushed down and the tipper cannot start work.
When the loading grid arrives in the heat treatment furnace 5, it stands on the loading trolley 4. By means of the sprocket 17, the chain line moves under the loading grid, with the segments of the supporting beams leaning on the chain link. As soon as the support stop has passed the sprocket and this part of the chain line will therefore move from a vertical position to a horizontal position, the support stop presses on the transfer lever and causes the lifting of the supporting beam segments and, consequently, the loading grid. The latter moves into the furnace and stops there, i.e. removed. The removal is carried out with the help of a locking cam, which enters the opening in the furnace door and, when the chain line moves backward, tilts the carrier beam segments so that they rest on the chain link again.
When the loading grid is pulled out of the furnace, the carrier beam segments, lifted upwards with the support stop, tilts as the tipper moves by hooking into the corresponding protrusion, tipping, and tilts over the chain link and is transferred under the loading grid.
When the front beam segment rushes with its roller onto the fixed stop, the carrier beam segments, and thus the loading grid, are raised and can thus be removed from the furnace. As soon as the support stop turns in the sprocket to a vertical position, the carrier beam segments lose their support, therefore they lower and make up the loading grid on the loading car.
The advantage of the proposed device is that the loading grids are removed from the bases and assembled to a specific place without moving along railroad tracks or refractory bricks, which negatively affects the life of the loading grids, and especially at high temperatures in the kiln,
